- Exhilaration always has a value of [0]. It's allowing you to score your other cards twice. It does not itself gain any value.
- The extra scoring is mandatory. You can't choose not to do it.
- If you have two Exhilarations in play (say you copied it with Creativity), you would score each card two extra times. Exhilaration will stack with other cards that score extra times (Bliss, Enthusiasm, and Passion), meaning you get to add all the extra combined scores together.
- Moods are cards in play, so you can't discard a card in your hand to satisfy the "To play this card" requirement.
