Blue Mythic Rare After playing this mood

After playing this mood — Choose an opponent. This round, after scoring, swap your score with that player before determining who wins the round.

6 notes
  • You may not choose yourself as you are not an opponent. In a team game (see Other Ways to Play), you can't choose a teammate.
  • This change only happens for this round. The scores go back for all future rounds.
  • There are six cards that have an "after scoring" effect (Bashfulness, Betrayal, Gluttony, Insecurity, Recklessness, and Sneakiness). Because all of them have an "After playing this mood" effect, all of them only happen the turn you play the card, so with Awe, none of the "after scoring" effects will happen.
  • Sneakiness is the one "after scoring" effect that can change the outcome of the round. Until it happens, you assume the player that was winning is still winning. This matters specifically for Bashfulness, which goes to the bottom of the deck only if the player who played it this turn is winning.
  • Players should not draw cards for losing until after all the "after scoring" effects have happened as Sneakiness can change who wins.
  • If there are two or more "after scoring" effects, they happen in the order they were played this turn. If one player played them both, they get to choose the order in which the effects happen. For example, let's say your opponent played Generosity (it allows an opponent to play an extra card on their next turn) on the previous turn and you play Bashfulness and Sneakiness this turn. Assume that you are losing the round when scoring happens. If you do the "after scoring" effect of Bashfulness first, it will stay in play as you are not winning. If you do the Sneakiness "after scoring" effect first, you can win the turn, then Bashfulness would go to the bottom of the deck and you would draw a card. The order you choose will determine what happens.
