• Vulnerability does not care where the card in the discard pile came from. It could have been put there from any player's hand or in play (or the deck, but no cards currently do that).
• Vulnerability's score changes each turn and is based on whether a card was put into the discard pile that turn. It's not based on what happens on its first turn in play (other than determining its value for that first turn). This means Vulnerability will always start each round with a value of [1] and will change to [6][1] if a card gets put into the discard pile from anywhere that round.
