• Scoring the extra card is optional. You don't have to do it.
• You may choose which of your cards to score. It does not need to be the highest scoring card.
• Enthusiasm always has a value of [0]. It's allowing you to score another card twice. It does not itself gain any value.
• If you have two Enthusiasms in play (say you copied it with Creativity), you can score one mood twice or two different moods once. Enthusiasm will stack with other cards that score extra times (Bliss, Exhilaration, and Passion), meaning you get to add all the extra combined scores together.
